How Do We Ship?

Your shipment will arrive via USPS, or a similar carrier, without the need for a signature upon delivery. Packages may be left in safe locations. If deemed unsafe, a note will be left with retrieval instructions.

Aoqikids reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If affected, you will be notified within two business days.

Aoqikids is not responsible for loss or damage occurring after delivery by the carrier.

 

     B. Exchanges & Returns

 

If you need to exchange or return an item, here’s what you need to know:

Items must be in their original selling condition within 30 days of purchase.
Provide your receipt for a refund to the original payment method. Without a receipt, new and unopened items may still qualify for a return or exchange.
Clearance items are subject to our standard policy.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the buyer's responsibility.

    Order cancellations are accepted before product processing for a full refund.
